If any party uses Hadithmv in any way, then they are agreeing to the terms and conditions below:

If there are any disputes regarding the meaning of these terms and conditions, then the conflict will be resolved in accordance to the Developer’s interpretation.

It is not allowed to use Hadithmv to spread what goes against the methodology of Ahlu-Sunnah-wal-Jamaa’ah (Ahlul Hadith), except to refute Ahlul-Bid’ah (the Jahmiyya, Asha’ira, Murjia, Khawarij, Rawafid, Sufiyya, Mu’tazila, Maaturidhiyya, Qadariyya, etc.)

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any party obtaining a copy of this resource and associated documentation files, to deal in the resource and to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute the texts of the Hadithmv, without seeking permission or giving credits (attribution), subject to the following two conditions:
    1 - The texts used from Hadithmv are less than 300 words.
    2 - The use is not for commercial purposes.
Otherwise, permission is to be sought from the Developer first before use, if the Developer is alive.

    If derivative works are made from Hadithmv, they are subject to the following two conditions:

In the case that the original Developer is no longer alive, Hadithmv should immediately be considered to be a Waqf as well as fully open source under the MIT license, disregarding the prior licensing it had.
